We may use aggregated data for purposes including:

    • Improving and developing the product

We do not sell your data. Ever.

4. Customer Data Belongs to You

If you're a cleaning business using Allison, you may upload your customers’ personal information (names, addresses, contact info). This data is yours. You’re the “data controller,” and we act only as a “processor” on your behalf.

We never use or access your customer data except:

13. AI Data Processing

Allison uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power certain product features, including suggested pricing, schedule optimization, content generation, and risk detection.

When AI features process your data, the following applies:

  • We use third-party AI providers to deliver some AI-powered features. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from retaining, training on, or repurposing your data.

  • Customer PII is minimized. Where possible, we limit the personal information sent to AI providers to what is necessary to deliver the feature. We do not send your customers' full records to AI systems unless the feature requires it to function (e.g., generating a customer-facing message).

For questions about how a specific feature processes your data, contact support@getallison.com.

14. Geographic Availability

Allison is currently available exclusively to businesses operating in the United States. All data is stored and processed within the United States, and our platform, billing, tax handling, and compliance features are designed for U.S.-based operations.

If you are located outside the United States, you may not use the Service at this time. As we expand availability to additional regions, we will update this policy and the applicable terms accordingly.
