We’ve added several updates to Allison to give cleaning businesses more flexibility with scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. Here’s a closer look at what’s new and how each update works.

Monthly calendar view is now available to everyone

You can now switch to a monthly view of your calendar to see your upcoming schedule across the full month. Use it when you want a broader look at how jobs are distributed or need to plan ahead.

Download invoices as PDFs

Businesses and their customers can now download invoices as PDF files. This makes it easier to save an invoice for your records or share a copy when needed.

A new payroll report shows daily clock-in and clock-out times

The new payroll report shows each cleaner’s first clock-in and last clock-out for each day. It can be useful for businesses that calculate payroll based on the total time between those events.

As with other payroll workflows in Allison, accurate clock-in and clock-out records are important. Make sure cleaners record their time consistently so the report reflects the day’s activity.

Set efficiency multipliers by cleaning frequency

You can now set an efficiency multiplier for different cleaning frequencies. This lets you account for how the expected duration may change between a one-time visit and recurring service.

For example, if a home is cleaned more frequently, you may expect a recurring visit to take less time than a one-time deep clean. The multiplier adjusts the estimated duration based on the frequency selected.

Choose to send invoices immediately

“Immediately” is now available as an invoice delivery option. Choose it when you want an invoice sent right away, alongside the other billing schedule options available in Allison.
